Equipment Pick-up and Drop-off Appointments:

Scheduling an appointment allows our staff to prepare your equipment for your arrival. Please schedule your pick-up and return here: Calendly

If none of the available appointment times work with your schedule, then please contact adventure@uncw.edu for assistance.

Watercraft Loading Policy:

If you are renting watercraft, please bring someone to help you load your boats/boards. Seahawk Adventures does not assist with loading watercraft onto vehicles. Loading, tightening of straps and safety of gear and the vehicle is the responsibility of the renter. At least two people are recommended for loading.

Rental Equipment Cancellation Policy:

Equipment reservations must be canceled 24 hours in advance to your reservation to avoid cancellation fees.

Late Equipment Policy:

Equipment not returned on time is subject to a late fee equal to 1.5 times the daily rental rate of the specific piece of equipment.

Dirty/Damaged/Lost Equipment Policy:

Equipment must be returned in the condition you received it.

Equipment that is returned significantly dirty will be subject to a cleaning fee.
Equipment will be inspected by Seahawk Adventures Staff upon return. Damage to the equipment determined to not be general wear and tear of the item, such as improper usage, is subject to a repair or replacement fee.
Equipment that is lost should be reported to Seahawk Adventures immediately, and is subject to a replacement fee.
Cleaning, repair, and replacement fees vary, and reflect cost of materials and time spent repairing the item.
